Privacy Policy — Create Magic channel tools

Effective Date: 10/12/2026

Owner: Chris Canfield Entertainment (United States)

1. What this is

"Create Magic Thumbnails" is a private tool Chris Canfield uses to manage his own YouTube channel: uploading his videos, setting their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, scheduling them, and reading and replying to comments on them. It is not offered to anyone else, and only the channel owner signs in to it.

2. Information it uses

With the channel owner's permission (Google sign-in), the tool reads and changes data on that one YouTube channel: its videos, their details and thumbnails, and comments on those videos, including the public name and text of people who comment. It uses this only to manage the channel and draft replies, which the channel owner approves before anything is posted.

3. What it does not do

It does not sell, rent or share anyone's information, does not use it for advertising, and does not collect data from any other YouTube channel or Google account. Comment text may be processed by an AI model to draft a reply; it is not used to train models and is not shared beyond that.

4. Storage and removal

The sign-in token is stored only on the channel owner's own computer. The channel owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
