- signing you in and keeping you signed in
- restoring your access to paid features
- verifying purchases, subscriptions, or entitlements
- providing account-related support when needed
We do not use Sign in with Apple information for advertising, marketing profiling, or cross-app tracking.
If we store this information, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide account functionality, purchase verification, customer support, security, and compliance with legal obligations.
If Apple provides a private relay email address, we treat it the same as any other account email address and use it only for account-related purposes.
You may stop using Sign in with Apple at any time, but some account and purchase-related features may no longer be available unless another supported sign-in method is provided.
7. Children’s Privacy
SubVox is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has used the App contrary to this requirement, please contact us.
8. User Rights Under GDPR
Although SubVox does not collect or store personal data on servers, GDPR and related laws require that users be informed of their rights. Because SubVox stores no personal data outside your device and only ever forwards data to third-parties with your explicit consent, these rights may be exercised by adjusting device settings or uninstalling the App.
9. International Users
SubVox is operated from the United States. We do not transfer user data internationally, as we do not collect or store such data.
10. Security Measures
SubVox uses industry-standard on-device protections. Integration keys and conversational AI credentials are secured in the iOS Keychain. No personal data is transmitted to external servers by the developer without your explicit action. Audio, transcripts, and extracted text are temporary and are destroyed immediately after use. Recording and transmission occur only through intentional user action.
11. watchOS Component
The watchOS companion app follows the same privacy model as the iOS version. No data is stored or transmitted except when initiated by the user. Audio spoken into the watch is processed and discarded locally.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. The updated version will be effective when posted within the App or accompanying materials.
